Notes are available to store text and graphics related to a donor. Background information, contact logs, and copies of letters sent are examples of textual notes; scanned newspaper clippings and portrait photos are examples of graphics. You can have as many notes as desired for each donor.
The area at the bottom of the Notes tab is available for entering a separate note. Its a little faster to enter and read than notes listed in the upper area.
