bug fixes
- Fix incorrect pledge balance showing for written-off pledges when printing the pledge input window.
- Fix bug that resulted in a array range check runtime error if the event manager was closed on an event that had a type of "Call" or "To-Do."
- Fix bug that changes to the group type do not get saved in a new event. but do appear in the next new event created.
- Fix several bugs in handling duplicates: fix error when designating records as not duplicates ("donor record # is out of range").
- Fix that the Duplicates search could find records that had been marked as not duplicates.
- Fix that the Mark as Not Duplicates could fail to do that.
- Updated HASP drivers for both platforms to "Sentinel" installers for compatibility with new operating systems.
- HASP driver installer is now included in single user install on Windows, instead of requiring a separate download.

- Add confirmation message and dialog confirmation before marking records as "not duplicates" in the Assign Other dialog.
- Allow marking more than 2 records at a time as "not duplicates" in the Assign Other dialog.
- Add help text to Assign Other dialog to guide users in using the "not duplicates" function.
- Make explicit in the popup menu for the Total Gifts column in the Registrants listbox of the event manager that the total gift amount does not include memberships.

New "Copy Statistics To Clipboard" command to Dashboard pulldown
menu that compiles 10 statistics available through the menu and
puts them on the clipboard for easy use in reports, emails, and so forth.
Statistics include fundraising results for year over year, month over month,
fiscal years and other time periods.

This is a free update if you are licensed for version 7.0 or higher.
new features
- Add “Anywhere“ option to Basic
Search; in the Donor Module. This permits users to locate records without
having to first know which field the text or number they are searching for,
is in. For future development, this opens up the following possibilities:
- Search scope
does not currently include related records, e.g gift and note records,
but this may change.
- A custom browser for these search results
may be developed which will direct users to the locations (fields) within
records where the search located a match.
- The fuzzy and phonetic matching available in other searches could be
extended to the Anywhere search.
- Additional fields could be indexed for fuzzy and phonetic matches to
extend the usefullness of the Anywhere search, and possibily other searches
as well.
- Add “Ends with” option to Basic
Search.
improved features
- When printing a note from the Note Input Window, include saved picture
and improve speed of printing.
- Fix bad cosmetic result when printing multi-page notes.
- Add message in Assign Other dialog when Designate as Not Duplicates cannot
be used because there are more than two records in selection, and disable
the radio button. This is a more efficient interface for users than catching
this error after OK is clicked.
- Cosmetic improvements to Assign Other and Calendar search dialogs.
- Build with new version of 4D engine (2004.8).
- Changes to make ready for move to 4D v11 (ObjectTools plug-in eliminated).
- Delete contents of calendar clipboard when the calendar window is closed
(save memory).

- Fix bug error that would cause certain
"Does Not Contain" searches in the Basic search to return wrong results.
- Fix bug that would cause edits to a note record to be lost if it was printed
before saving.
- Fix bug that could result in a previously-loaded pledge payment record
appearing in the list of payments in the new pledge if the new pledge was
created by contextual menu in pledge list.
- Fix bug that has items deleted from choice lists (i.e. items in records
but not in choice list) show up in Assign Other dialog.
- Fix bug that would cause error message if user re-selected a menu item
from the Dashboard statistics.
- Fix bug that would cause the balance to change in a listed pledge record,
if the record was cloned using the contextual menu, then the cloned record
was canceled.

of Last Fiscal Year, and All Time.You can also invoke a command to display
the Dashboard Preferences from the same menu, indicated with the arrow below:

- Add option to color FUNDimensions dashboard entries in red and display
them with a mark when a user-determined threshold in unacknowledged (Thank
You Note not sent) days

fundraiser in sending thank you notes in a timely fashion, without the need

set in Dashboard Preferences.
